These Terms govern the purchase of advertising placement on the website milliondollartesla.lol.
Josef Rousek, a sole trader with place of business at Kytlická 862/6, 190 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic, company number (IČO) 02568535, VAT number (DIČ) CZ8809253497, registered in the Czech Trade Register (živnostenský rejstřík), Municipal District Office of Prague 9, trading as Million Dollar Tesla ("we", "us"). These Terms are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. If you buy as a consumer, nothing here limits the rights Czech consumer law gives you.
We sell an advertising service with two parts. First: your logo, with a link to a URL you choose, displayed in a named slot on the panel boards of this website. Second: the same logo applied as a vinyl sticker to the corresponding panel of a physical Tesla Model 3 (the "Car"). The Car is what this campaign pays for: we buy it from the campaign's proceeds, and once it is delivered it is driven in normal daily use in the Czech Republic and on trips across Europe. Each slot is sold to at most one sponsor at a time, at the fixed price shown on the site at the moment of purchase.
Sticker size and exact position within the panel are determined by us to fit the panel's slot layout. We make no promise of any particular route, mileage, event, or amount of driving, and no promise of a purchase or delivery date for the Car beyond the guarantee in section 7. Nothing is shipped to you.
Million Dollar Tesla is an independent website. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Tesla, Inc.
By purchasing a slot you confirm that you hold the rights to the logo you upload, or that displaying it does not infringe anyone's rights. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. No account is created. Each payment stands on its own.
The website placement starts the moment your payment lands and stays for as long as milliondollartesla.lol operates, and in any case for a minimum of 12 months from payment. The vinyl sticker is applied within 30 days of the Car being delivered to us, and stays on for a minimum of 12 months from application, or until the Car is sold, written off, or the sticker is destroyed by damage beyond our control, whichever comes first. The website placement continues regardless. We do not resell a sold slot while your placement stands.
Submitting the sponsor form and opening checkout is your offer to buy. The contract is concluded when your payment is successfully authorised, and your logo appears on the website at that moment. If two buyers pay for the same slot in a race, the first payment wins and the second is refunded in full.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record. Dodo is the seller of record on your receipt and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and card disputes. We do not receive, handle, or store your card details. The charge on your statement will reference Dodo Payments. Every payment is a one-off. Nothing auto-renews and there is no subscription.
The website placement is delivered electronically and immediately: your logo appears the moment your payment lands. The vinyl sticker is applied within 30 days of the Car being delivered to us. By purchasing you expressly ask us to begin supplying the website part of the service immediately and acknowledge that, under §1837 of the Civil Code, you thereby lose the consumer right of withdrawal for it, because the service is consumed by being performed, and a completed period of display cannot be returned.
The buy-the-car guarantee: if we have not bought the Car within 12 months of your payment, we refund your payment in full, the whole price and not just the sticker part, without you having to ask. The website placement you received until then is on us. The 12-month clock runs per payment, from the day that payment landed.
If we fail to display your logo on the website at all, you get a full refund. If the Car has been delivered and we fail to apply the sticker within 30 days of delivery, you may demand a refund of half the price (the sticker part of the service).
We may remove a placement (from the website, the car, or both) whose logo or linked content is unlawful, misleading, obscene, or infringes third-party rights, and we may decline logos that road-traffic or advertising rules in the countries the car is driven in do not permit on a vehicle. If we remove a placement for such a reason, amounts already paid are not refunded. If we ever remove a placement for our own reasons, or the site ceases to operate within 12 months of your payment, we refund the amount paid for it.
We promise the placement described in section 2 and nothing else. We make no promise of visitors, clicks, sales, or any other outcome. We are liable for damage we cause as required by Czech law. Beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude, our total liability in connection with any payment is limited to the amount of that payment. Short interruptions in the site's availability do not found a claim.
Send complaints to [email protected] with the slot and the approximate time of payment. We confirm receipt without undue delay and resolve consumer complaints within 30 days. If we cannot resolve a complaint, a consumer may bring it to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Praha 1, adr.coi.cz, which handles out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes free of charge.
We may update these Terms. The version in force when your payment is authorised governs that payment. Changes never apply retroactively to placement you have already bought.
